1. 开始/运行/regedit
 In the registry, drill down to the path

 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Class/Net/000].
 如果你的机器只有一个网络适配器,Net下面就一个000,如有几个,就会有000.001.002.
 选中你要修改的那个网卡,比如是000.

2. 现在,add a new string "NetworkAddress" and make its value the desired MAC address.

3.重新启动后,开始/运行/winipcfg里面选择你的网卡,可以看见其mac已经修改成你所要的结果了.
本人已经经过测试,modelsim的认证读出的HOSTID就是我修改后的结果.
